The solution is simple. Checked services ; Bluetooth Support service automatically started and dependant services started. However, the questioner somehow seems to manage getting it worked.
According to the posts in this forum bluefooth, you have not much chance. Both used to work on this PC although intermittent problem in finding. My Computer Computer Type: Don’t have one of these so can’t tell which ones are best.
